Sarah Josipovic did not stumble into real estate. She grew up inside it. Homes, plans, and conversations about design were part of everyday life. Today, she brings that early exposure together with education, discipline, and hands-on experience to build a steady career in Hamilton’s real estate market.
Sarah grew up in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Real estate was always close by. Her mother worked as a real estate agent. Her grandfather built custom homes. As a child, she watched how houses came together from the ground up.
She attended Ryerson University, now Toronto Metropolitan University. She studied Environment and Urban Sustainability, with a minor in Geography. She graduated with honours in April 2016.
Sarah began her real estate career during a time of change. Markets were shifting. Clients were cautious. She focused on learning the fundamentals.
She now specializes in residential real estate and new construction. A key part of her work is collaborating with RealPro Homes, a Hamilton-based builder. This allows her to stay close to the building process.
